The Club Board of ECFC currently consists of the following:
Julian Tagg (Director & Vice Chairman)
When the Trust became the majority shareholder Julian stepped up into the Boardroom becoming Vice Chair, his motivation then as now, to ensure that the youth programme firstly was not closed down and secondly thrived. At the same time he became, and remains, the Chairman of Football in the Community.
After a two-year spell as acting Chief Executive, Julian was appointed Executive Director (football) in Autumn 2013.
Laurence Overend (Director & Trust Chair)
Laurence has been a supporter since the early 1970s and was a Big Bank season ticket holder, until becoming a Director of the Club in 2012. He was elected to the Trust Board in 2011 and has been the Chairman of the Trust since 2012.
Elaine Davis (Director and Trustee)
Elaine joined the Club Board as one of the 4 Trust Directors in December 2014
Paul Farley (Director and Trustee)
Paul joined the Club Board as one of the 4 Trust Directors in December 2014
Peter Holding (Director and Trustee)
Peter joined the Club Board as one of the 4 Trust Directors in December 2014
David Lee (Director)
David Lee has had a 46-year career in Civil Engineering and Highway Maintenance cumulating as Chairman of three joint venture companies: Bear Scotland Ltd, Ringway Jacobs Ltd and South West Highways Ltd.
Paul Morrish (Director)
Paul was born and grew up in Exeter and began his career at Barclays PLC in 1988. He joined the Board of Exeter City in January 2006 and is the Director responsible for the Club’s Commercial activity.
Keith Mason (Finance Director)
Keith became a director of Exeter City in June 2015. Keith, who grew up in West Yorkshire before moving to Devon in 1988, brings with him a vast array of experience. He has worked for South West Highways since 1995 and is currently the Finance Director at the organisation.
