New ideas for projects are always welcomed. They do however need to be supported within the appropriate Directorate of the Trust in order your idea has the maximum chance of success.

Your proposal may be to improve our administrative or financial processes, or a great commercial idea to raise capital or revenue, or indeed to help the committee move forward on a particular political front.

All projects ultimately need to be very specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and have a time frame in which they are likely to be completed.

The Project Proposal Form will help you to explain your thoughts briefly and for the right people to be put in contact with you to take things forward.

Not every idea can be taken forward immediately and this is a way in which we can keep ideas in an ordered way to ensure full consideration is given at the right time.

Please put your thoughts down carefully on the form, and either:

- complete the document on your computer, save it and email it to trust@ecfc.co.uk
or
- print the form, complete it and post it to our postal address at the top of this page.
