One of the key remits of the Trust’s Ownership Working Group is involved with the recruitment and retention of Trust members. This is a key challenge for the Supporters’ Trust, as it seeks to build a support base that will underpin a more successful and progressive Football Club.
The Ownership group are constantly seeking to update and improve existing membership benefits package, and this page is designed to outline the plethora of benefits that are on offer for our members. This page will be constantly updated with new benefits as new benefits become available, so stay tuned to the Trust official website for further details.
Contributing to the success of Exeter City FC
The Exeter City Supporters’ Trust has contributed in excess of £1,200,000 to Exeter City FC since the Trust took over ownership of the club in 2003. At present, the Trust contributes on average £110,000 a year to the football club, and every penny contributed to the club, is a penny towards Paul Tisdale’s playing budget.
The successes of the last few years have been down to the fantastic support our club has received from its fans and members of the Trust.
Own a piece of the club you love
We Own Our Football Club. This is not a slogan, but hard fact. So why not join the growing swathes of fans on the big bank who proudly sing ‘We Own Our Football Club’ and join the Trust. For as little as 50p per week, you can truely say – YOU OWN YOUR FOOTBALL CLUB.
All adult Trust members get to vote on key issues affecting the Trust and our Football Club
Members of the Trust that are over 16 years of age will be entitled to vote at Annual General Meetings of the Trust, and participate in the election process. Such members will also have the opportunity to have a say on major issues affecting the Club. For example in 2007, the Trust held a major consultation with its members on whether the club should relocate from its home at St James Park. This was a major policy decision for the club, which was steered ultimately, by the Supporters’ Trust membership, who voted heavily in favour of remaining at St James Park.
Priority Status for Match Tickets
Loyal Trust Members are rewarded by the gaining of ‘highest priority’ in the event of a limited ticket allocation for any future games either at home or away.

SILVER priority status = Trust Membership for less than 3 consecutive years, plus membership of one or more of other supporter groups (will receive the second option to purchase in the event of a limited ticket allocation).
BRONZE priority status = membership of any one supporter group, including Trust membership (will receive the third option to purchase in the event of a limited ticket allocation).
Director for the Day
For every home match, the Trust holds a draw from its membership, with the winner getting the opportunity of watching that match exclusively from the comfort of the club’s directors box. The ‘Director for the day’ experience is much revered and is a testament to the importance our club places on Trust membership. However, in order to win this prize, the Trust must be able to contact you – so please check that we hold the correct details for you by contacting us.

Exeter City Football Club is like no other in football, and this being the case, our club is delighted to offer Trust members the special opportunity to attend major footballing events such as England games at Wembley, the FA Cup as well as the Carling Cup final.
As a Football League Club, Exeter City has an allocation of tickets that is available to it for games such as those listed above. However unlike most football clubs around the country, our club is willing to offer a proportion of these exclusive tickets to Trust members at face value.
Members who are interested in winning the opportunity of being able to purchase these exclusive tickets, are invited to contact the Trust when the opportunity arises. Details of the next opportunity will be available on the official Trust and club websites. However if you can’t wait and would like to be considered for all opportunities as they arise, why not contact the Trust and let us know.
