How to join or renew your Supporters’ Trust membership

Anyone with an ounce of Exeter City FC in their heart is invited to join THE TRUST.

Our youngest members to date are twins who were signed up when only 2 days old………. our most senior member is 96 years young.

The minimum membership contribution is just £2.00 per month or £24 per year, however you are most welcome to contribute more if you wish and it is within your means.

  • St James Park Main Reception
  • Trust Membership Application holders located around the stadium
  • Trust Match-day Stall in Red Square prior to every home game

There are various way to pay your membership contribution:


MONTHLY or YEARLY

By Standing Order:

Enter your details on the Trust Membership Form ensuring that you sign and date your mandate, thereby authorising your bank to debit your account monthly or annually as you have indicated.

When you have completed your application, either:

  • Hand to Main Reception Desk at St James’ Park
  • Scan and email back to: trust.membership@exetercityfc.co.uk.
  • Post to: Trust Membership Secretary, Exeter City Supporters’ Trust, St James’ Park, Stadium Way, Exeter EX4 2PX

You need do nothing further as your mandate will be processed and forwarded to your bank, your payments reference will be advised and an acknowledgement sent to you to confirm when arrangements have been completed.


YEARLY

Join Online

 You can sign up to become a member of Exeter City Supporters’ Trust or renew your membership online by visiting; ecfc.co/trustmembership.
This is The Trust’s preferred option if you wish to pay yearly.

By Card (credit/debit card):

Complete your transaction at the Main Reception Desk at St James Park or by
phoning: 01392 411243.

By Cash:

Complete your transaction only at the Main Reception Desk. (Please do not send cash through the Post)

By Cheque:

Make cheques payable to; “ECFC Supporters’ Trust”. Either hand in to the Main Reception Desk at St James Park, or post to the address above.

By Bank Transfer

Members may also join the Trust by performing a bank transfer of at least £24 per annum. Our bank details are:

Should you wish to pay by this method, it is imperative that you first contact The Trust Membership Secretary at trust.membership@exetercityfc.co.uk in order to confirm your contribution amount and be advised of your unique payments reference. This will be used to accurately identify your contribution(s) and to reconcile Trust bank statements.


Renewing your membership

Trust Membership may be renewed using any of the above processes.

Reminders of when membership contributions are due will be sent out by email and/or letter. Members are advised however that the onus for renewing their membership remains with them. Failure to renew your Trust Membership may result in loss of level of Priority Status.

I wish to increase my monthly membership subscription.  How do I action this?

Members will be able to alter their standing order by contacting their branch either in person, or via telephone / internet banking.  The Trust are unable to alter the standing orders that we receive.  Standing Order payers who decide to increase their monthly/annual contributions must ensure that they use their “Unique Payments Reference” (i.e. Trust Priority Number/Surname) as their payment reference (in order to immediately recognise incoming payments) and also most importantly to inform Frank Sealey, Membership Coordinator at: trust.membership@exetercityfc.co.uk, drop a note into Reception for his attention, or write to him via SJP, so that he can amend your Trust record accordingly.


Trust Membership and your Priority Status

As a member of The Trust your contribution goes directly towards supporting the playing budget. The Football Club does not have a rich benefactor and therefore relies almost entirely on income generated from Trust memberships.

In recognising the high importance of these contributions, loyal Trust Members are rewarded by the gaining of ‘highest priority’ in the event of a limited ticket allocation for any future games either at home or away.

How Priority Status is Achieved

Members holding GOLD priority status, (Trust Membership for 3 consecutive years) will receive the first option to purchase in the event of a limited ticket allocation.

Members holding SILVER priority status (Trust Membership for less than 3 consecutive years) will receive the second option to purchase in the event of a limited ticket allocation.
